Three is not a charm.......

"bad things happen in threes"

I can't tell you how many people have told me some version of this quote in the past two days. I don't mean to keep posting these depressing blogs, but from what I've gathered from a few of the readings is that my blog is for me to express my feelings. And I can't escape this feeling.

There is nothing else on my mind except how my friend is doing. Monday morning one of my best friends was in a very serious accident. He suffered major brain trauma and is a medically induced coma for a minimum of 2-3 weeks. To top it all off, we all have to wait around to go and visit because the roads are in such bad condition. I am the go-to person in the situation that knows all of the information, so I have re-told some version of what has happened a million times.

As you've seen from my past post, I have had other bad things happening in my life and I'd say that this tops them all. It makes me look at religion in a whole different way. I don't usually rant and rave about religion, but I can't understand why anyone, namely whatever god you may worship, would let this happen.

Here's to hoping for brighter days.
